Each month I run a challenge group to help people just like you reach their goals and hold themselves accountable. 
The challenge group is a 30 day program where I walk through the basics of clean eating, portion control, meal planning, meal prep, and the importance of 30 minutes of exercise a day.

How does it work? 
The challenge groups are run through a private Facebook group. As soon as you fill out the application below we will discuss what program is right for you and pick out a challenge pack!
The challenge pack includes:

  • Home Fitness Program- Only 30 minutes a day, 4-6 days a week with little equipment.
  • Meal Plan (with Shakeology recipes too!)
  • First 30 Days worth of Shakeology- 7 flavors to choose from.
  • FREE coaching- That's me! I'm here to help you 1:1 as well as within the challenge group.
  • Private Facebook Online Accountability Group- With daily motivation, fit tips, and check-ins!
